Dumpsters

That depends on the work you’re doing and the size of the waste you’re needing to dispose of. We offer a variety of four dumpster sizes that a graded to hold between 3 and 5 tons of trash.

Our smallest size is 10-cubic-yards and is a good option for residential projects like roofing, household junk, and bathroom renovations.

We recommend our 30-yard dumpsters for construction sites and large commercial clean-up projects.

Standard roll-off dumpsters are suitable for common construction and household trash. Combustible materials should not be disposed of in the bins, such as paints and oils.

To get the most out of your rented unit, aim to place garbage evenly throughout the bin as you fill it up. Your unit features a door that can be unlatched and opened for walk-in access to the dumpster.

Delivery

Our trucks will arrive with your dumpster on the previously agreed upon date, anytime during the day. Our routes make it difficult to provide an accurate time, so you should plan accordingly when scheduling your project.

Short answer: No! Make sure your desired location is clearly communicated with our staff. Be sure to keep the space open — around 60 feet deep, 10.5 feet wide, and 23 feet of overhead clearance. Make sure vehicles and equipment are not parked in the area on the scheduled retrieval or drop-off day.

Make sure space is cleared the entire day on the scheduled delivery or drop-off date. We recommend laying down plywood to protect delicate pavement or landscaping tiles from breaks and scratches.

You wouldn’t need a permit for your dumpster if you’re placing it in a private location like a residential driveway. However, if you plan to keep your dumpster in a public area such as a street, you will need a permit.
